Ogbonnaya who joined 2018 NPFL Champions Lobi Stars told Remsport the selection to depart Tornadoes turned into difficult for him and he broke the news to his teammates, “two days after he sealed the pass”.

“They felt terrible, certainly, it turned into a stunning news to them,” the participant admitted.

“I didn’t leave due to the fact the group got relegated, I left due to the fact I wanted a brand new mission and it was the perfect time. Lobi Stars are a massive side like Rangers, Enyimba and Pillars.”

About his new crew and ambition, for player and membership, Ogbonnaya stated, “The dream of every participant is to win trophies and this group has been aggressive.

“So optimistically, we are able to win the league again and return to the continent.”
